Define – Definition of what will be support, hours of support and who can request support
Discover – Identify devices, sites, and personnel for support
Analyze – Ensure subject matter expert (SME) for supported devices and sites
Recommend – Change control management for customer to ensure continuity within network. Consulting service provided by WINT ENT. for client

PRIOR TO START

The following is to be provided prior to the WINT ENT. consultant being scheduled on site:

o Network Assessment
o Corporate network security policy
o Confirmation from authorized sponsor for requesting service
